Chopped beef should be freshley ground just before serving. It is served raw.

Melt: 2oz.BUTTER.

Add:
1/4 tsp.CAYENNE PEPPER
1/4 tsp. CHILI PEPPER
1 tsp. SALT and stir through thoroughly.
