Cyber space is a busy place. Being on Internet is business. If you understand the logic of advertising, you know that word "free" means that you are paying. Web is no less free that your radio of television. They are making money, sharing the revenues of their advertisers, whose products you buy. Oh yes, we buy things one way or another, we need them. The only question is where do we spend our money. We do play in free cyber space with other currency as well -- our time. Alas, there is something very new about this new business media -- technology allows you to have a part of those business transaction. It's called "referrals": before the web revolution, if you recommend some product to your friend, you were not involved in profit of this company who was benefiting from your advise... not anymore. Computer technology made it possible to track every move you make in cyber space; you heard the horror stories about lost privacy, but there is a pay off for your full transperancy in this angelic place -- a cash reward for being out there naked.
Only with the Internet and Web this famous electronic revolution is about to make the cunsumers into co-owners of the world. Knowledge is power -- and power has it monetary equivalent! This webpage is nothing but "information" and how this data is position the universe of knowledge is no less important than the location of your house and its price. In fact, this virtual space is more important than the old physical one. If you don't believe me, visit Harlem in New York City and see for yourself, that value of the property depends on (bad or good) traffic.

What is road? Any road. How do paths become highways? You heard about electronic "super-highways" -- somebody has to build them and it's you, the travelers. Our highway are like rivers and shores in antiquity -- the city are born along them. If there is a lot of people in one place, you know that is the place where business go. People need things, they buy, they pay.
... No, China or Russia are not new business frontiers, the cyber space is! There are real gold-diggers in this great expansion, they are they ones who travel and settle first. "Geocities" of "FortuneCity" are real. Yes, my friend, they are as real as radio waves invisial for you without technology. Well, the city is invisible for animals, who do not see the need for telehone, electricity and etc. The Cyber Universe is perhaps the "human" of all inventions in our civilization. It's virtual, it's about one thing only -- the knowledge!
I don't know you and how you arrived to this page. But I guess we have something in common, if met after all. What the American Century (20th) century did is a total destruction of actual, real, physical space. Did you know notice that it was named long ago "New World"? How? By speed! If you travel with un-natural speed, possible only with super-technology, the natural space vanishes. The speed of light is the altimate velocity and that is the space of the Internet. Yes, yes, speed-time is the space in the New World.
I talk about those complicated matters to make sure that we understand that as every piece of earth has its ecomonic value, so does the cyber-land. Fast spaces are expensive, slow are cheap. Places with high concentration of people as usual are in demand. Every webpage is about "attention" -- asking you to look at it! Just one look, please! Looking and noticing is the most important in the New World Order, because if I didn't look at your virtual home, it doesn't exist. It exists only when somebody visiting it. This page doesn't exit without your screen and computer, it's only links-commands which are gathered together when you "click"! Stange, very strange!
